How do I message someone? Messaging unlocks with a $2.99/month subscription. Tap any user or item and you’ll be prompted to subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription? Open the app → Profile → Subscription → Manage. You’ll be taken to the Stripe customer portal.
How do I delete my account? Email tradeanything@yahoo.com from the address on your account and we’ll remove it within 30 days.
How do I report a user or listing? Tap the … menu on any listing or chat → Report.
Is Trade Anything free to use? Posting, browsing, and trading are free. Only messaging requires a subscription.
